Can we create our own Record Set and create our own criteria for records that can be searched?
Summary:
We have a requirement to only see CRM specific contacts when searching on CRM Objects (Account, Opportunity and Campaigns). Is there a way for us to filter those records further by updating the criteria on Record Sets? Can we modify the criteria in Record Sets?
We saw the document below, but based on my understanding it is just to renaming the Record Set and disabling the Record Set.
