Email to Service Request (SR) creation
Summary:
Hi,
I need to create an SR in Oracle Fusion Service from an email in Gmail. I have already completed the below setups:
- Created a new channel and associated it with Email channel type and the relevant BU
- Validated Inbound Email Addresses
- Manage Email Configuration, Registration and Validation - All the tasks show complete with a green tick
- Setup a Forwarding Rule in Gmail to Fusion Inbound service as *****-dev1.fa.extservice.incoming@workflow.email.**-*****-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com
I have not received any verification code in Fusion Service Request even after running "Retrieve Inbound Email Messages" scheduled process.
