ORC SMTP Email Rely and Fast Connect

Summary:

We as an organization have run into our SPF record limit so utilizing SPF records for ORC emails isn't an option for us. I know Oracle doesn't fully support SMTP Email Relays based on other threads on this forum, but from what I'm seeing I'm curious if this answer might change with a Fast Connect service. Has anyone established Fast Connect and did that open up an opportunity to utilize SMTP relay seeing as Fast Connect provides a private connection between Oracle and the customer?
