Talent review meeting general notes

Summary: The talent review meeting facilitator can use this functionality to document additional notes that are discussed during the meeting. We need that these notes be generic notes about the meeting itself. Is there any way to configure this? So far I have only found specific notes for selected employees at the talent review meeting.
