We are looking to have a Sales Quota plan where the Sales Manager also has a quota, how do we do that so the sales manager has a personal quota that is included in the total.

We are trying to create a quota plan for a target of 10M, the current sales team has quotas that total 9M so the Sales Manager has to own 1M while they hire more sales people.
