AOR

Summary:

We have a requirement for Workforce Compensation plan approval based on Area of responsibility .

Requirement :

Step 1 : Line manager Submits the work sheet
Step 2: Line manager +1 will review and Approve and it will go to HRBP AOR.
Step 3 : After HRBP review and approve, it will go to Compensation AOR.
Step 4 : After Compensation AOR review and approve, it will go for final approval to HRBP Country Head AOR.

Step 5: Finally it will go to CEO for final approval

AOR: We have multiple people in the AOR and anyone should be able to pick up and approve.

We investigated the WCP configuration and could not find any options. Is this possible if we use Fast Formulas ? Any sample fast formula !
