How to restrict the Chart of Account Values update without Custom role for all the Users

Hi All,

We have a business requirement to restrict the Chart of Account Value set values update without using the Custom role or FND_READ_ONLY profile option.

As we are Integrating the ERP GL Cloud with EDMCS so we don't want ERP GL users to modify/update anything.
