How to allow end user to make credit card payment using CyberSource integration in Fusion

Business Expectation :
We are having an requirement to allow our Suppliers(Users) to make payment in a custom page developed in VBCS and deployed in Fusion.
Once the user clicks on the make payment icon, then credit card payment page should be displayed( we will create the page using VBCS with Standard API's from CyberSource).
Suppliers should be able to fill up all the credit card details and hit the payment. Once it is done, A Receivable invoice and Receipt should get created automatically in Fusion for the payment made by them.

We came to know that Oracle has partnered with CyberSource for credit card payment activity in Fusion. We would like to get more details on this. We referred to some of the documents online and registered with a CyberSource test merchant account and configured the details in Fusion payments setup.
