Hide Scheduled Time from Team Schedule

Is it possible to hide or better yet, deduct Not Worked Time from the gride view of Team Schedule?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Team Schedule grid is summarising the entire period duration including the shift Time Worked and Time Not Worked.
Please see below images, 8 hours x 5 = 40 hours
This is confusing the client employees, they wish to see the total Time Worked for a period which doesn't include the Time Not Worked

So the idea situation in the below example would be 7 hours 24 mins (7.4) x 5 = 37 hours

Otherwise can we at least hid this from the user?
