How to load intercompany organization in bulk into the oracle fusion

Summary:

We have requirement where we need to created 30000 intercompany organization into the system. so, is there any functionality through which we can load/import the intercompany organization into the system OR we have to create it Manually?

One more question, when we create the intercompany transaction, on the transaction batch page we need to select the provider details from the LOV. when we click on LOV we are not able to find the search button so, system support 30000 LOV or the page break
