Determine the Audience of Workforce Compensation Plan Eligibility

The eligibility profile used in the Workforce compensation plan considers all company employees as ineligible.

We have a requirement to display employees who were not eligible for the plan and the reason why they were not included in the plan, but when we enable the "Track Ineligible Employees" option, all company employees who do not meet the criteria specified in the plan are considered of eligibility.

For example: in our organization we have around 17,000 employees, we want to analyze eligibility from a group of 2,000 people and determine who is eligible and who is not eligible for the plan.

Is this possible somehow?
