Unable to view details in the Notification after approval

Summary: From Line Manager / HRBP login, if individual compensation transaction is submitted, then it will go to Second level manager for approval and then FYI to Payroll and then FYI to employee. After Line Manager approves the transaction, the Line Manager or FYI notification to employee or payroll rep is not able to view the details in the notification. We want to view the details in the notification even after the transaction is approved. How can we do this, can any one help on this please.
