how to stop subscription to be honored by service logistics charges

Summary:

we have requirement from client that when field service technician completes his job, he answers certain questions which are predecided.

These answer may mean some physical damage or some action by users which results in repair not being covered by contract.

So even if asset is covered, service activity is covered, this particular case should be chargeable to customer.

Technician will not be selecting the service activities during debrief so I cant create different service activities. Technician also will not decide if this should be covered or not. He will just put some answers to question. Based on those answers, charges Integration has to decide and pricing of charge lines to be done accordingly.
