How to automate populating the current sales agreement when revising sales order

Summary:

Would it be possible to have the automation that is currently working for loading actual shipment information can first perform a step to re-apply the current sales agreement to the sales order it is about to load data for. This would solve for us the issue of an amended Sales Agreement breaking it's connection and requiring a user to go in and re-apply it constantly. We would always want to select the same Sales Agreement that is currently on an order, and re-apply it to All Lines.
