How to release Mass Custom Holds at Line level

Summary:

We need to find a way out, where in system allows Mass release of Holds (which are at Line level).

In the Manage Fulfilment lines, when we select the lines on hold and try to release, it shows fulfilment lines has no holds to view.

Even in the order line level it does not allow release of Hold. We have to go Fulfilment lines then go for release.
