How do we configure Talent Managment Role

Hi All,

As we don't have any specific roles for Talent Management module (profile, goal, performance, succession and talent review).

Just wanted to understand how we approach to configure a role and share with customer.

Do we usually create a custom role from scratch or copy role such as HR specialist.

I see HR specialist role doesn't have access to run batch process, rating model, or create template or performance document

Do we have a high-level list of roles we can use to have our own custom role that will give access only related to TM module?
