[Skills and Qualifications] Skill field is not showing

Hello Experts,

Suddenly, the field called "Skill" has disappeared when I expand this section (screenshot below).

However, if I edit the Skill, the field is available (screenshot below).

Do you know if this is expected behaviour or how to solve this issue?
