Summary: Update Supplier Configuration ID in purchase requisition using SOAP service. Currently we do not have a field to create Supplier Configuration ID while using the SOAP Service: https://<HOST>/fscmService/PurchaseRequestService

Is there any other way to update this field .

We are not using REST API since that had issue with Budgetary control.
