My user installed a new version of Smart View 24.100, and now she is experiencing Excel crashes. It has crashed multiple times already after she installed a new version.
The error message is "Excel is running into problems with the 'hyperion.commonaddin' add-in. If this keeps happening, disable this add-in and check for available updates. Do you want to disable it now?"
I have a new version as well on my PC but it seems to be ok for me. Any thoughts?
