Score not appearing in user transcript

Summary:

We've had LearnCenter for quite a while now, but recently when a user completes a particular LP, the score is not appearing in the user's transcript. Instead, it shows the LP has been completed, but no score. As a workaround, I'm going into LMS Tracking, grabbing the score, and completing it through completion status.

I know this has to be somewhere in either the Options»Course settings or within the actual course properties, and I'm sure it's a setting I am just overlooking, but I can't figure it out for some reason. What am I missing here?
