Remove required fields in supplier address

Hello colleagues,

Currently, when creating an address in the supplier profile, the fields change depending on the country selected, for example:

If I select the country Costa Rica, the system only requests the Line 1 Address field as mandatory:

If I select the country of Mexico, the fields change and the following fields are now shown as required: Address Line 1, Postal Code, City and State:

So my question is: is there a way to set only 1 field as required for all countries, regardless of which one is selected?
