Integration between ServiceNow requisitions and Oracle Procurement Requisitions

Summary:

In our organization, our employees request for IT hardware through ServiceNow application (e.g. laptop for new hires, docking station, monitors etc.) Our IT team which is supposed to fulfill this demand (if stock isnt available in their inventory), place orders in Oracle Cloud Procurement application. Earlier they used to create requisitions manually one by one (on an average we have at least 500 orders/requests every month). To reduce that workload of that team, we requested them to share the information in Oracle supported FBDI format and we built an OIC to process those files (due to the import process constraint
