I am writing to seek clarification regarding the technical evaluation capabilities within the sourcing module of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain. Specifically, I am interested in understanding if it is possible to conduct technical evaluations at the item level.

Our team has been exploring the functionalities of the sourcing module extensively to streamline our procurement processes effectively. However, we have encountered some uncertainty regarding the extent to which technical evaluations can be conducted at a granular level, specifically on individual items.
