Missing some columns from COA value set setting screen

The layout of COA value set setting screen was changed

When trying to create new COA value set in test instance, I saw that some columns existed before now don't appear any more even I chose to show all columns. After checking, I realized that It happened in Test, Dev1 and even production environment. I attached the screenshot Before and After for your reference.

From my assumption, it can come from version update in Jan 2024. Because when we set COA value sets in Dev1 environment in Dec 2023, all the columns showed, then in Jan the system was updated and after that we didn’t touch the value sets anymore. And now, when trying to create new one, we saw that only new created sets are lacking some columns while old sets still have full columns same as before.
