REST API to delete tree node value from accounting hierarchy

Summary:

We are using the following REST API to add tree node values to accounting hierarchy.

REST API - addValueTreeNode in hierarchy (Doc ID 2783558.1)

fndTreeNodeOperations/action/addValueTreeNode

It works as expected. We need a REST API to delete the values from accounting hierarchy tree.
