Sales Order Upload Issue

Summary: we are creating sales Orders through FBDI and Orders are getting successes But The following Details are not Populating automatically.
1)ware house default
2)Allow Item Substitution
3) Allow Partial shipment Flag
4) All ship lines together

We have defined pretransformation rules for ware house default, Allow Item Substitution: Yes, Allow Partial shipment Flag: No and All ship lines together :Yes & defined payment terms at customer Account & Site Level.
