Need to put subscription warranty lines on hold Before Subscription Contract creation (through OM)

Summary:

Hi team,

We are creating a sales order with covered and coverage items. Once the covered item shipped, coverage details are interfaced to Subscription Management. In Subscription Management, we are able to see "Create Subscription Product" in Reprocess Order Management Transaction ESS job.
The requirement is that when line in processed and Subscription Contract created, Header in Active status with all the coverage product lines On Hold status instantly. We want to apply hold on subscription lines before insert in a database.
