Have any organizations developed a plan on how they will manage the 7/1 Colorado law change?
Summary:
Oracle has not yet provided any guidance on how they plan to address the new Colorado law that will be effective from July 1. This law requires the removal of education dates from job applications. It is hoped that Oracle will provide guidance on this matter soon. In the meantime, has anyone developed a plan B for managing this in their own organizations?
