PO Description Field

Hi Team,

We have a requirement of searching an invoice instead of PO number but with PO description. Business raised a request on creating a PO description field under PO number field on invoice header section . Tried to sandbox but couldn't achieve this requirement. May I know is there any work around for this to create a field. For reference added the screenshot where it is highlighted in yellow there the PO description field to be created.
