OTBI not pulling data by AOR

Summary:

We have a user trying to pull data out of an analysis in OTBI based out of - Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time.

The user can see all employees by AOR in the application however in OTBI only direct reports are getting displayed. There are no other filters on the analysis.
