Enable Adaptive Search (Elastic Search)
In order to filter the list of Help Desk requests to view, you will need to enable Adaptive Search (also known
as Elastic Search).
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.
2. Click on the Tasks icon on the right-hand side of the page.
3. Click the Search link.
4. Type Configure Adaptive Search.
5. Click the magnifying glass to initiate the search.
