Assignment Rule based on Department in Case Management

We would like to auto assign the cases to the Queues based on the combination of Department and Category. However, we could not find the
Department object to include in assignment rules. Could you please advise if it is feasible to add Department to the assignment configurations? Can you please share the steps or direct me to a document where I can find the details?
