Celebrate: unable to Recognize a person(page paused)

Hi team,

The page is paused when i click on Recognize button. even if i wait for 5m it is still same.

Can anyone please help me on this?

Note: my account has 'Workforce Recognition and Award Program Administrator' & 'Employee' seeded roles.
