Job title (Requisition) are not appearing when creating requisitions

Summary:

Hello Experts,

I am trying to create requisition using Job but the Job field is coming blank, I am unable to search any jobs which are present in the system. This started happening post the refresh.

It is working fine in PROD and users who existed in the system before the refresh but new users created in the system are not able to see any job titles. Because of this, it is getting difficult to test and replicate the issues in the lower instance.

I have already run all the processes and the checked all the roles and there are no issues with them. Any suggestions what am I missing.
