Need to put billing line on hold for subscription product based on OM date attributes

Summary:

Hi team,
We are creating a sales order with covered and coverage items. Once the covered item shipped, coverage details are interfaced to Subscription Management. In Subscription Management, we are able to see "Create Subscription Product" in Reprocess Order Management Transaction ESS job.
The requirement is that when line in processed and Subscription Contract created, Header in Active status and Bill lines of the warranty product lines not get invoiced until Hold Release Date and override Interface Date through custom date field passing from OM to OSMC using Service Mapping and Algorithm. We want to apply hold on invoicing to the bill lines before subscription details insert in a database.
