Target completion date of development goals is allowing date of next financial year

When employee is trying to add a development goal but the target completion date field is allowing him to add the completion date for next financial year.

For example: Current FY = 2023-2024 but in target completion date June,2025 date can be selected and system does not give an error.

We want the date to be restricted within current fiscal cycle. Is it possible?
