In which subject area I can find Site details to create an OTBI report?

I need the following fields in my OTBI report related to site to know their subscription status:
1) Oracle Fusion Site Name

2) Oracle Fusion Site Number

3) Oracle Fusion Site Address
4) Oracle Fusion Account Number

Can someone let me know where to find this fields?

I am currently referring "Installed Base - Customer Asset Real Time" subject area.
