Suggested buyer field unavailable in Responsive SSP

Summary:

The suggested buyer field shows up in classic SSP but it is not available in Responsive SSP. Once the user tries to create a non catalog requisition in classic SSP, the suggested buyer field shows up, but the same doesn't show up in RSSP.

We tried to achieve this through VBS, but the suggested buyer field is absent there.
