To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Can screening questions be added to candidate profile instead of Requisition?

edited Apr 15, 2024 7:16AM in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace 3 comments

Summary:

Is there a way to change the view of the screening questions that the candidate answers when filling out an application?
In other words, can these go under the candidate profile INSTEAD of under the requisition?

As it sits right now, the questions are visible only if you go to the requisition that they applied to, and select.
Is there a way to do a candidate search and when you pull up their profile, their questions are under their profile?

Thoughts: When we had Taleo we had the questions under the candidate profile, that way when we searched a candidate by name we could easily access their answers. How it sits under the REQ, is you would have to remember which roles the candidate applied to (not the ones that were manually entered), find the requisition (search if its active/inactive), find the candidate, click on the candidate, click on the requisitions. Its much easier when we know of a candidate or want to interview a past candidate and want to double check that they would be under the candidate profile.

Howdy, Stranger!
