E-IWO is failing for an inbound employee from a new EIN

edited Apr 17, 2024 2:27PM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 5 comments

Summary:

We have been utilizing the E-IWO process successfully and added a new company at the beginning of the year. The first person from the new company that we are receiving electronically is failing; however, we are able to enter in this persons Involuntary Deduction manually into the system. I have checked the User-defined tables for an EIN setup or company distinction and still unable to find why it is failing with the new company info.
