Exempt State Transit Tax

we want to Exempt State Transit Tax for a Legal entity. Below are the two issues.

  1. Exempt from State Transit Tax is not available for Retiree employee calculation card whereas this is available for nonretiree employees
  2. we want to exempt this at the legal entity or legal reporting unit calculation card. Is it possible ?
