custom layout not visible in-Service Request Object

Hi

We have created custom layout for Create/Details page for Service Request Object. After publish, custom layout is not visible only standard layout is visible.

Please let me know what could be the issue ?

Note: I tried deactivating the custom layout, and created again still same issue persists.
