Redwood Employment info Page under ME tap is empty

i have been though Redwood_Pages_with_Profile_Options_for_23B_-_24A_FINAL.pdf

ORA_PER_EMPLOYMENT_INFO_REDWOOD_ENABLED is enabled

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS is set on the custom role and i have tested with a seeded role, but the page still renders blank.

Any recommendations ?
