Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi Everyone,

I have a query related to compensation transfer process.

We have a worksheet in which we are generating Revised salary and Revised variable. Revised salary has some %age of Promotion as well and we are posting promotion within the same process where we are just changing Grade & Job.

The Annual Salary Basis component have Rate Definition, where Annual CTC and Variable pay is input element and rest Basic, HRA etc are derived rates.

Howdy, Stranger!
