Clarification: How would a line manager view succession plans their direct reports are on?
Summary:
I'm exploring how a line manager might access succession plans involving their direct reports as candidates (not as an incumbent). According to the Oracle documentation, it appears that line managers can only view succession plans under specific conditions: if they created the plan, if they are specified as an owner, or if their direct or indirect reports are incumbents in the succession plan. We have a requirement for line managers to be able to see all succession plans their direct reports are involved in. Is this possible?
I've examined each relevant area in HCM, including My Teams > Career Overview, My Team > Succession Org Chart, and Public Info > Succession Planning.
