B2B CX service : Generic work order notes to ofsc work order notes
Summary:
We have a requirement in Oracle CX B2B Service where a service agent will create a generic work order, perform tasks, add case notes, and complete the generic work order. Then, they need to open an OFSC work order with the same service request (SR). The notes created in the generic work order should be transferred to the OFSC work order for reference by the technician. These notes should appear in the technician's OFSC activity as field service service notes.
We're looking to understand how the case notes from the generic work order can be passed to the OFSC work order notes.
