How to view pricing strategy and price list on subscription contract header

Summary:

We have several price lists assigned to a pricing strategy. The business requirement is to be able to view the derived strategy and price list at the header. From application composer, we have exposed the standard field available for pricing strategy but it does not display any value and shows as a blank free-text field. Is there a way to enable this field to display the derived strategy or price list at the header?
