How to restrict access of Order Managers to delete Draft Sales Orders in Draft status

Summary:

Sales orders that are interfaced to OM Cloud as a Draft version.

Users with Order Manager role will verify the draft order, if required will modify the sales order and submit the same. Sometimes once modified the draft order, they want to revert back the changes. But accidentally they choose 'Discard Draft', which deletes the whole sales order.

Is there a way to restrict from deleting draft sales order by Order Manger.
