Live Media Bar not appearing

Asking this question on behalf of a customer of mine, Mizuno USA. They recently got new computers and downloaded the .NET application, but suddenly their agents are unable to see the Live Media Bar on the top right to access chats. I've verified that agents are enabled to use chat capabilities within profile permissions.

Is there anything else I'm missing permission wise that causes chat not to appear? Please let me know what I can do to resolve this ASAP! Thank you for your time?
