We are planning to move to seniority v3 from v2 soon, does anybody know the recruiting impacts please?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We know the tables will change for the seniority dates and hire dates used in the offer letters, so they may need to be updated in terms of DBO and letters but wondered if there is anything else we would need to be mindful of.
